看使用要求，如有特殊要求的可以在生產時涂抹防銹油，冷卻用皂化液，可以起到防銹作用，包裝時用塑料薄膜進行包裝。如生產后可進行酸洗，拋丸處理，噴砂處理三種方式。

采暖工程焊接鋼管內壁需要防銹

1，對于已經焊接好的管路，一般建議在試驗過程中添加氣化性防銹液，也就是直接和水混合添加即可，對氣液兩相都有防銹作用，可以排放也可以不排。鍋爐行業普遍采用的這種方式。
2，對于沒有焊接的管材原料，如果是大型管材，一般向內噴涂氣化性防銹份即可。小型細管，比較難處理，可以內置其他氣化性防銹材料。
